Automated system for centralized dispatch control and monitoring of power supply of the State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgortrans"
Project objectives
Development and implementation of a one-level system for centralized dispatch control and monitoring of power supply to traction substations and contact networks with hardware and software redundancy at the state unitary enterprise "Mosgortrans" . During the implementation of the project, the task was set to comply with the customer's requirements for the control system, including the ability to receive data from RTU MOSCAD and ACE3600 (Motorola); receiving data from external sources (GIS, information and reference files); use of user roles; forced delegation of dispatching powers.
Result
The centralized dispatch control and monitoring system was fully implemented at the enterprise in the first quarter of 2016. During the implementation, the development of the MDLC TM protocol driver (Motorola) was implemented; new dialogs (process control dialogs, event queue, object navigator); reporting subsystems; as well as a software interface for integration with GIS and information and reference files.
